What we are looking for
Mobot is seeking an extremely organized self-starter to help us execute our day-to-day customer operations as we rapidly scale. You are comfortable working in an incredibly fast-paced environment and have a knack for communicating and problem solving. No two days are the same at Mobot, and we will rely on you to help make sure that we are achieving our goals, even in the face of constant change.
This role is remote. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
The role
We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will help keep ops running smoothly every day. You will be integral to the execution of Mobot’s systems and processes - ensuring they are scalable and customer-centric. You will also have the opportunity to interact with our amazing customers, reviewing and delivering the results they need to build their apps. This is an early opportunity to help shape the future of operations at Mobot.

Mobot is committed to delivering competitive and equitable pay for our employees. The expected base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and location. Mobot’s total rewards package also includes performance bonuses, our comprehensive benefits and equity program, and PTO.
