MOBILITY INTERNATIONAL USA (MIUSA) seeks a temporary, part-time Exchange Program Assistant to join our team as we plan and conduct an exciting, week-long arrival orientation in Eugene, Oregon, for high school exchange students with disabilities from around the world!

Position: Temporary, Part-Time, Limited Duration (June through end of August, 2024).
Location: Based in or near Eugene, Oregon strongly preferred.

About MIUSA, FLEX, and YES
MIUSA, a non-profit disability-led organization, works to advance the rights and leadership of people with disabilities globally. At the FLEX/YES Preparatory Workshop, MIUSA will prepare newly arrived international exchange students with diverse disabilities from various countries for their year in U.S. high schools. While in Eugene, students will visit a high school, engage in inclusive recreation and volunteer activities, and learn about their rights and opportunities as students with disabilities, before departing for host communities around the U.S.

Rate of Pay: Hourly, $18 - $20/hour, commensurate with experience. Expected 20 – 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings during program.
