Description

ROLE:

TridentCare has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, confident, proactive team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our sales organization.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative dedicated to generating new sales opportunities and driving growth in TridentCare's Commercial Government Segment.

The TridentCare Commercial Government ISR is responsible for new client growth. The ISR is assigned both revenue and volume growth goals across all lines of business.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Sales

Responsible for driving revenue growth in all vertical markets within the Commercial Government Segment such as:

  • Occupational Health
  • Local Government Offices
  • Clinical Research Organizations
  • Medical Examiner and Coroner's Offices
  • College / University Student Health Centers
  • Urgent, Specialty and Retail Clinics
  • Athletic Teams
  • Law Offices (specializing in environmental exposures)
  • Consumer Wellness

Source new client opportunities through assigned inbound lead follow-up and outbound selling to prospects including:

  • Research prospects and identify key decision makers
  • Build a robust pipeline and manage all opportunities in SugarCRM
  • Monitor daily ISR dashboard to ensure goals are being met
  • Use technology (webinars, video conferencing) with current and potential clients as needed
  • Engage and tag team with Segment leaders and/or field sales team if/when needed for those opportunities that require onsite sales assistance and relationship building
  • Engage qualified opportunities to VP Strategic Sales for further development and closure if/when needed
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas which include:
  • New client growth = quarterly # of WINs quota
  • Revenue and volume growth = quarterly exam volume quota
  • MBOs = # of outbound calls and virtual client meetings
  • Cross-sell other TridentCare Services as applicable
  • Attend all scheduled team calls with prepared notes and updates

Client Retention

  • Onboard all new clients, including but not limited to Trident Connect Online.
  • Coordinate with VP Strategic Sales, Commercial Government Team, Sales Leadership, Revenue Cycle Management and Operations Team and Sales colleagues to ensure timely response to any client question and concern.
  • Act as primary client contact to meet or exceed client satisfaction expectation and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Establish the ladder of relationship where possible with multiple client stakeholders to increase client retention.

Administration

  • Maintain sales tracker stages for all opportunities in SugarCRM.
  • Document all client encounters such as meetings, calls, emails, and texts in SugarCRM Meetings module.
  • Monitor ISR dashboard daily to ensure goals are being met.
  • Maintain data accuracy keeping sales pipeline tracker current.
  • Draft client proposals and contracts if/when needed.
  • Draft RFI / RFP responses with assistance from Sales Coordinators if/when needed.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly proficient phone skills with ability to qualify lead via strong probing skills.
  • Ability to work independently at a highly competent level.
  • Ability to work as a team player on a fast-paced selling and client retention team.
  • Detail orientated and the ability to meet specified timelines.
  • Ability to pivot quickly when business priorities and/or tasks change.
  • Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Medical terminology and prior medical inside sales experience preferred.
  • ***This is a remote position that can work out of any state within the United States.
