We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Human Resources to join our manufacturing company.
As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department and ensuring that our organization has the right talent, policies, and procedures in place to support our business objectives. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional HR knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive change within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversees the design, implementation and administration of employee benefits programs including yearly renewal procedures
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR policies and procedures
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources managerial roles in Manufacturing field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong change management skills with the ability to lead organizational transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
