Mister Car Wash is Hiring a Preconstruction Project Manager Near Spokane, WA

What you would do:
- Your job duties/responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Work closely with consultants and vendors to solicit, review, and execute contracts in a timely manner
- Evaluate the local code requirements and permitting processes and schedule deadlines accordingly
- Work closely with project designer(s) to ensure project is coordinated with all parties involved
- Coordinate with outside design professionals for engineered drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and AHJ throughout the process to ensure that all matters pertaining to the project and schedule are communicated and addressed in a timely manner
- Work closely with consultants and vendors to coordinate and track project documents
- Prepare applications and associated pre-application documents for submittal to AHJ
- Process and submit construction documents to AHJ as needed for permitting
- Provide weekly project status reports
- Other duties as assigned by the Director
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural or engineering related design or similar field
- Familiarity with construction documents requirements for commercial projects
- Working knowledge of the design and permitting process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Abode Acrobat DC
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management system a plus
- Proficiency with AutoCAD a plus
- Excellent writing, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and competing timelines
- Hardworking and acts with a sense of urgency to accomplish key objectives
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Car wash experience a plus
