Mission Staffing is Hiring a Human Resources Administrative Assistant Near Chicago, IL

Our client, a global law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join its Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for scanning, filing, and entering data for all new hire paperwork. The ideal candidate will come with data entry experience from a professional services firm. Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Scan and file documents into the proper electronic personnel file folders
  • Track missing documentation and actively seek out missing documents.
  • Adhere to all Firm protocols regarding HR documentation and electronic filing standard.
  • Utilize scanning software and Adobe Acrobat to manage files efficiently, including parsing out or combining multiple pages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of one year of familiarity with digital filing experience.
