Mirazon is seeking a Project Manager to interface with clients, delivering impactful work in scope, on schedule, and within budget. You will be joining a team of industry-leading professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while translating technology into business value. In this role, you’ll coordinate heavily with our technical staff and will be responsible for the successful implementation and completion of best-in-class technology solutions and projects. You will co-create and improve how project management is carried out at Mirazon, employing best practices and methods of project management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years project management experience ·
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but not required·
• PMI-CAPM, ACP or PMP certification preferred, but not required·
• Experience with IT, networking, and computer technology projects is preferred, but not required
• Experience with ConnectWise preferred, but not required
• Experience with EOS/Traction preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate project templates that will help with the quoting process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria.
• Allocate resources based on project requirements and priorities, optimizing utilization and ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support
• Manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring alignment with approved financial plans, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders.
• Effectively manage and communicate changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives.
• Design and maintain project process documentation.
