We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of Comperemedia Omni. We need someone who understands omni-channel marketing and the challenges faced by marketers in the fast moving world of digital advertising. You'll be able to wrap your head around the nuances of different industries, drawing out the key information that marketers in those sectors need to make good decisions. And you'll have a knack for developing applications that use data to tell compelling stories and help our clients accomplish their goals. The ideal candidate is obsessed with understanding our clients and users, cares deeply about their success and strives to deliver elegant solutions to meet their most important needs. The Senior Product Manager will oversee roadmap development and execution, as well as the long-term product strategy.

You will be encouraged to experiment, measure and iterate, using analytics data to build hypotheses and measure results as we expand, all while continuing to develop the core product in line with our strategy. You’ll be heavily involved in the ongoing tactical and strategic development of Comperemedia, focused on financial services, insurance and telecom.

Responsibilities & Key Skills:

• Strategy: You will apply Mintel’s company and product strategy to our Comperemedia products, developing a clear roadmap and vision for how the portfolio will develop over the next 3-5 years. The roadmap will be rooted in customer research and lay the path for the next evolution of Comperemedia. You will seek to advance Mintel’s strategy andyou’ll serve as a champion and thought leader for Comperemedia
• Collaboration: You will work with your fellow Senior Product Managers and our global management group to look for opportunities to align roadmaps, collaborate on overlapping opportunities and optimize your collective efforts. You will partner with a broad range of teams including Data Science & Analytics, UX, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Content teams to develop and deliver excellent plans for all product changes and improvements.
• Customer-centric: Customers are at the center of every development.You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to empathize with our clients, identifying their needs and prioritizing the most important problems to solve. You welcome feedback, actively seeking out regular conversations with users. You study our usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and work with your team to drive continued satisfaction and engagement.
• Data savvy: Data is at the core of our products, both in what drives them and how we manage them. You will rely on data and insights from various quantitative and qualitative sources to drive strategic decision making and develop requirements. Additionally, you will partner with our Data Science & Analytics team to develop game-changing, innovative solutions. 
• Leadership: As a Senior PM, you'll be involved in ongoing discussions and planning around how to improve our team's processes and practices. We'll look to you to suggest new ideas and inspire the team.
• Proactive problem solving: You are tasked with continuously looking for ways we can increase satisfaction and deliver powerful solutions for our Comperemedia clients. You are comfortable facilitating meetings with Senior Management and think creatively about how we can bring new ideas to life.
• Hands-on product management: You will have some amount of hands-on product management, acting as PM for a part of your team's portfolio and working with cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements.

• A Digital Product Expert: You have recent experience in / significant exposure to digital marketing and advertising with 5 years of relevant business experience, ideally with familiarity with or experience with data analytics tools and digital product management practices. Experience with financial services, insurance or telecom industries a plus, but not required.
