From designing tailored learning experiences to delivering impactful workshops and coaching sessions, they're dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and development that fuels innovation, collaboration, and excellence across our entire organization.
The Chicago-based Learning & Development Manager will support our growth strategy by designing content and delivering training to our employees, with a focus on soft skills training such as business skills, presentation skills, problem-solving and communications.
While the role will be based in Chicago and work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office), you will also support the development of our teams in Australia and New Zealand by facilitating virtual workshops to coincide with their working day. You will also deliver in person workshops in the APAC region once per year.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience within a corporate environment, developing and presenting content. You should have a passion for developing others, a desire to collaborate with coworkers and embrace a fast-paced working environment. In your role, you will champion employee growth and development while creating a fun environment for Mintel employees on their continuous learning path.
