Accounts Payable Specialist 

MindCare Solutions is a leading provider of round-the-clock telepsychiatry and in-person behavioral health that provides services to hospitals, emergency departments and a variety of other care settings. We partner with healthcare organizations to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end behavioral health solutions that combine evidence-based care pathways, advanced technology, and high-quality providers. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payments to vendors, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will be critical in managing our cash flow and maintaining positive relationships with our vendors.

Compensation: $22 - $27 per hour

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports for payment
• Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH transfers and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
• Conduct Credit Card Transaction reviews
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• 2 years of experience in accounts payable or cash management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with electronic payments and cash management tools is a plus
