15 month possible contract to hire opportunity
SAP experience a plus
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Day to day responsibilities: fast pace and high volume
Analyzing and problem solving
Creating licenses for customer accounts
Verifying documents and licenses

The purpose of this position is to research and evaluate customers and products to determine the suitability of establishing customer accounts and shipping of particular orders in terms of compliance with regulatory controls and acceptable liability guidelines. This position will also provide support and assistance to both strategic and tactical compliance areas.

• Evaluate customers and products to determine suitability of establishing customer accounts
• Evaluate customer’s intended use of product to determine if MilliporeSigma is able to supply
• the material for that purpose. Obtain or provide necessary documentation to confirm the evaluation
• Develop understanding and expertise in regulations, including TSCA, EPA, CDC and DEA, that impact MilliporeSigma’s compliance operations

• Update SAP Screening Tables that determine whether a product or customer account will stop in screening queues
• Support strategic initiatives with regulatory knowledge
• Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues or address inquiries associated with regulatory requirements
• Submit documentation to regulatory agencies as required
