Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels

- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use the insights to inform marketing strategies

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts in driving revenue growth

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge

Skills

- Previous Hotel-Hospitality experience.

- Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact.

- Basic mathematical and calculator skills to prepare cost proposals.

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner, in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints.

- Ability to conduct site inspections.

- Ability to listen, speak and write English to ascertain and respond to client needs.

- Professional demeanor.

- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.

- Enjoy asking for business and closing sales.

Experience:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

- Strong knowledge of performance marketing techniques and tools

- Proficient in using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance

- Experience with HTML5 coding for email templates is a plus

- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail

- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Education

College degree preferred, however any combination of education and training within hotel sales may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
