We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator with design skills who is collaborative, curious, creative, and strategic. You'll be an integral part of the marketing and design team, helping to drive marketing performance via graphic design, event coordination, and project management. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving marketing excellence.
This is a hybrid role, working closely with our team in North Hollywood.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute marketing/PR events and promotional activities.
• Manage and coordinate quarterly client events (2 per quarter) including invitations and mailing lists, tracking RSVPs, communications with external vendors, securing venue/catering, insurance, facilitating event set up/take down, reporting, and providing support during events when necessary.
• Support with trade show registrations and planning.
• Assist with coordination of travel/details.
• Create/manage events calendar.
• Order and re-stock promotional items, contribute new ideas, and ship and receive items as necessary.
• Support end-of-year holiday initiatives: events, gifting, and communications.
• Support with annual industry award submissions.
• Copywriting, proofreading, and editing copy as needed
• Supports other projects as assigned.

Graphic design responsibilities:

• Working with existing assets and style guidance, collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to consistently communicate the brand's visual identity across all marketing touch points through print, email, social media, and web and digital brand collateral.
• Execute day-to-day, monthly, and seasonal design requests.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to ensure proper resolution to questions and issues during design development.
• Marketing content design - lead magnets (white papers, case studies, etc.), ad graphics, blog graphics, event invitations, etc.
• Sales-marketing design - Support with PowerPoint presentations and deck designs, one-pagers, mock-ups, etc.
• Keep all design files updated and organized in Dropbox.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Marketing graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint design. Must possess a strong portfolio showcasing examples of branding and marketing design to be considered.
• A Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Experience in Asana and HubSpot is a plus
• Experience with event execution/coordination is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be requested.
• Ability to work in our North Hollywood office/studios as required and when requested.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Resourceful, creative, and tech-savvy.
