PURPOSE :
This position provides a hands-on approach to managing the general day to day operations of the Front Desk. The manager motivates and educates staff as well as make sure the highest level of customer services is provided from all of our staff. The Front Office Manager practices a guest first philosophy when resolving service issues. Handles pressure situations with ease and works with guests to make sure their expectations are met and exceeded. Maximizes room revenue and occupancy & analyzes selling status of house count daily. Manages complete Front Office operations in a smooth and efficient manner.
