Rogue Scooters is seeking a friendly and cordial Front Desk Salesperson to join our team. As the face of our business, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations in our scooter retail and repair shop.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them with their scooter needs.

- Drive sales by showcasing our range of scooters and accessories, and effectively communicating their features and benefits.

- Utilize social media platforms to promote our products and engage with potential customers.

- Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and process transactions accurately.

- Perform check-ins for customers requiring scooter repairs or diagnostics, ensuring timely and efficient service.

- Memorize scooter parts and models to effectively assist customers and streamline operations.

- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized showroom.

Requirements:

- Friendly and cordial demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms for marketing and customer engagement.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of electric scooters and their components is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and continuously learn about our products and services.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
