Los Alisos Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Mission Viejo, CA

We're looking for a Dental Front Desk Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to assist the team with a wide range of professional duties. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player who is capable of handling front office work and interacting politely with patients. Candidates should be able to multi-task and have experience working with computers, phones, and preferably Open Dental-based software.

Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Be polite to guests and employees.
  • Answer phones, greet people, and direct them to the correct person.
  • Answer questions or refer callers or visitors to other staff.
  • Create a sense of hospitality by being appropriately friendly and helpful.
  • Follow company guidelines on how to treat guests and employees.
  • Identify problems as they arise and advise appropriate members of staff.
  • Handle special requests from guests or employees.
  • Coordinate treatment between dentist and patients.
  • Send claims and authorizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
