I am seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Assistant. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all real estate operations by managing various tasks related to managing a CRM, social media marketing, content creation, and client communication. MUST BE organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for real estate!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a scheduled system and process flow for online lead generation to ensure a steady stream of potential clients.
• Coordinate client events, open houses, and marketing materials to support the events.
• Create compelling social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential buyers/sellers.
• Generate engaging and informative blog content to showcase properties, market trends, and industry insights.
• Maintain email campaigns to nurture leads, provide valuable information, and promote our services effectively.
• Curate and maintain a newsletter to keep clients informed about market updates, new listings, and industry news.
• Manage client database and reach out to prospective clients through personalized communication.
• Regularly update and optimize our website to reflect current listings, market trends, and relevant information.
• Effectively manage and organize mailing lists and databases for targeted marketing efforts.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads to provide information, answer questions, and guide them through the real estate process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
• Knowledge of Rechat CRM a real plus.
