Service Manager - Aircraft Detailing
Location: Chicagoland Area Airports & Midwest - Mobile
Pay Range: $25 - $30 Per Hour
Midwest Aircraft Detailers is a leading provider of premium aircraft detailing services, committed to delivering excellence in aircraft appearance. With a strong focus on quality and precision, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Service Manager to play a pivotal role in our operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Oversight: Directly manage and lead a team of aircraft detailing professionals. Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration to achieve optimal results.
2. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of detailing excellence. Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee that services align with our stringent quality benchmarks.
3. Training and Development: Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, providing comprehensive training in aircraft detailing techniques, safety protocols, and customer interaction.
4. Scheduling and Logistics: Efficiently organize and manage team schedules, ensuring that client demands are met promptly and effectively.
5. Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their specific needs, address concerns, and ensure the delivery of a personalized and exceptional service experience.
Requirements:
1. Industry Experience: A background in aircraft detailing or automotive detailing is highly desirable.
2. Flexible Availability: A willingness to work evenings and weekends, adapting to the dynamic needs of the aviation industry.
3. Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example with a hands-on approach, working alongside the team to achieve operational goals.
4. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail to preserve our commitment to superior service quality.
5. Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory. All Applications Not Meeting This Requirement Will Be REJECTED
6. Stringent Background Checks: Successfully pass Federal, State, Local, TSA & DHS background checks, including fingerprinting.
7. Drug Testing: Ability to pass a drug test, may be standard UA or could include hair follicle testing (testing method is chosen by testing facility randomly)
8. Confidentiality Agreement: Willingness to sign and strictly adhere to a confidentiality agreement, recognizing the sensitive nature of our clients.
9. Comprehensive Training: Commitment to a 90 to 120-day hands-on training program covering all facets of aircraft detailing.
10. Long-Term Commitment: We are seeking individuals with a career-oriented mindset, dedicated to contributing to the long-term success and growth of Midwest Aircraft Detailers.
