Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
• Monitor the company expenses 
• Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices
• Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts
• Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
• Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits
• Prepare and mail all required tax documents
• Monitor and clean schedules and prepare journal entries as needed
• Organize and maintain new vendors and create new vendor accounts
• Process annual 1099 reporting
• Complete monthly excel reports and analysis
• Cross-train with other team members in the accounting office

Qualifications

• 1 years of previous automotive Office Manager experience required
• Previous automotive dealership experience helpful
• Strong communications, customer service, leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical ability and problem solving skills
• Solid Schedule, GL & Journal Entry experience is a must
• High school diploma is necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications or the equivalent
