Core Responsibilities:

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for excellence and warmth.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments, effectively communicating the value and quality of our services.

Operational Support for Dr. Sabrina:

  • Act as Dr. Sabrina's right hand, ensuring she can focus on procedures by managing administrative tasks and patient preparation.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of clients through their spa journey, from arrival to post-treatment care.

Facility Oversight:

  • Maintain the aesthetic and professional appearance of the spa, coordinating with the cleaning crew and addressing any immediate tidying needs.
  • Ensure procedure rooms are prepared and welcoming for each client, reflecting our standards of excellence.

Patient Care and Service:

  • Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with pre-procedure preparations, including application of numbing creams and comfort measures.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client engagement to foster long-term relationships.

Inventory and Supply Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring all necessary supplies and products are well-stocked and organized.
  • Anticipate needs and coordinate with vendors to maintain uninterrupted service quality.

Business and Administrative Assistance:

  • Support the spa's business operations, including liaising with vendors, managing property affairs, and contributing to strategic planning.
