Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a customer first attitude to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for multiple functions that support our customers and MH’s business overall. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for multiple functions that support our customers and MH’s business overall. High level responsibilities include: entering orders, entering product return requests, handling warranty issues with customers and manufacturers, and providing lead times and pricing from our factories on parts. Service is the most critical component of our business, so results are achieved in this role by creating an industry leading customer experience.

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Entering Stock and Discretionary Orders.
  • Coordinating with our manufacturers and customers to facilitate product returns.
  • Handling warranty issues with our customers and manufacturers.
  • Handling shipment issues by coordinating with the factory to provide customer support for damaged or missing materials.
  • Provide lead times and pricing to customers for replacement parts.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effective communication with various departments and customers through email and, more importantly, phone.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with typing, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly process and organize a large volume of customer requests.
