Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a customer first attitude to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for multiple functions that support our customers and MH’s business overall. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for multiple functions that support our customers and MH’s business overall. High level responsibilities include: entering orders, entering product return requests, handling warranty issues with customers and manufacturers, and providing lead times and pricing from our factories on parts. Service is the most critical component of our business, so results are achieved in this role by creating an industry leading customer experience.
