Housekeeping/Service Specialists are an integral part of what we do, and we are looking for candidates who truly exemplify what it means to provide excellent service. Service Specialists complete light house cleaning and tasks inside the home. While the in-home tasks and services used will vary by residence, your primary goal should be the highest level of hospitality.

Service Specialists Responsibilities May Include:

• Help keep the home running smoothly by changing sheets, removing trash, recycling, and emptying the dishwasher (no mopping, dusting, or bathroom cleaning!)
• Working alongside the Home Manager and other members of the AliceHome team to deliver an exceptional resident experience
• Review resident profiles to understand home and personal cleaning preferences
• Delivering packages & stocking groceries
• Wiping counters and tidying a residence
• Documenting and uploading photos and visit notes to the company drive
• One-off todos as needed

The Must Haves:

• Monday/Wednesday daytime availability
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and access to transportation
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Personal computer, tablet, or smartphone
• Complete and pass a background check
