Denver-based Western Export Services, Inc. is a full-service, International Food and Beverage Sales Management and Distribution Company. Locally owned and operated, in business since 1988, WES is centrally located a few blocks from the Colorado state capitol building.
We are looking for an energetic and committed Customer Service Specialist dedicated to detail who thrives on challenges and wants to be part of a successful team environment including daily interaction with global accounts.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills with a knowledge of international wholesale, logistics and export related to foods and beverages. This is not a typical retail CSR position.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for managing and executing sales orders, supply chain process, logistics, customer service and sales support. WES operates in a team environment and sees each employee playing a valuable and important role in their job position with all contributing to the profitability of the company.
