Outside Sales Rep - $70,000 Base Salary Uncapped Residual Commission

Compensation:

  • $70,000 base salary
  • Residual, Uncapped Commission based on territory growth
  • Average Sales Rep earns $130,000 annually
  • Average Tenure for the Meyer Sales Force is 7 years
  • Fuel Card to cover fuel expenses

Job Summary:

Come join our team today as an Outside Sales Rep in Salt Lake City, Utah prospecting new customers and growing our current customers to provide the highly personalized level of customer service that Meyer is known for.

Job Duties:

  • Average 6 sales/service calls per day
  • Grow territory through acquiring new business and servicing current customers
  • Conduct training demonstrations with sanitation/janitorial staff on how to properly use chemicals
  • Perform manual and physical tasks daily
  • Administrative duties including order processing, inventory, Account Receivable Management
  • Blue Collar/White Collar – boots and blue jeans while dealing with executives
  • Travel up to 250 mile radius in territory weekly

Territory Coverage:

Southern half of Salt Lake City through the Southern part of Utah.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success in outside sales roles
  • Excellent work history
  • Committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality customer service
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
  • Have and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must own a truck
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Minor Electrical & Plumbing
  • Able to learn how to rebuild pressure washers, car wash type arch systems and chemical dispensers – training provided
