Job Title: Furniture Production Manager

**Role Overview:**
As our Production Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the owner and GM to meet production objectives and elevate our processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a small business environment and grow with us as we expand and evolve.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop, monitor, and achieve production plans and budgets to meet scheduling needs.
- Manage projects within tight time and budget constraints, ensuring peak productivity and profitability.
- Implement systems, processes, and procedures to optimize production flow and maintain consistency in distribution and product quality.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster professional growth and efficiency.
- Identify and analyze root causes of performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to drive collaborative solutions and consensus.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost control, service, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Ensure efficiency and production objectives align with quality requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or similar fields.
- 3 years in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and team development skills.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing furniture or related industry.
- Proficiency in Excel & Word, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and industry standards.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and implement new systems and procedures to optimize production.
