We are seeking a dynamic inside sales manager to join our growing North American sales team. This individual will be someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter with impeccable attention to detail, along with strong written and oral communication skills. This position will lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives and will oversee the revenue production, KPI management, process adherence, and morale of the inside sales team. This inside sales manager position will be a player coach and is expected to spend 10% of their time serving as an example and using a personal sales goal as a coaching tool to drive performance within their team. Their responsibilities will include all aspects of managing an inside sales team as defined below:

The Inside Sales Manager primary workstation will be in a corporate office setting. The Inside Sales Manager will work alongside their team of inside sales representatives at the company’s North American operation center.

COMPENSATION:
OTE $175,000 commensurate with work experience.
