Administrative Assistant - Accounting Team

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the accounting team
• Undertake tasks like expense audits and minor accounts payable work
• Regularly process and approve all expenses using Concur
• Liaise with the accounting team to insure streamlined operations
• Organize, schedule, and prepare for meetings
• Assist in producing scheduled reports
• Strictly follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and ideally Concur
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
