Metasys Technologies is Hiring an Administrative assistant Near Puyallup, WA
Administrative Assistant
Onsite at Puyallup, WA
10AM - 2PM, M-F (flexible)
Responsibilities :
- Sort paper documents according to specified criteria.
- Perform scanning of documents using scanning equipment.
- Enter data accurately from scanned documents into databases or spreadsheets.
- Organize scanned documents and place them into designated storage boxes.
- Occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 40lbs.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
