About The Role:

We’re looking for a Partnerships Development Manager to help drive the company's growth and success. This individual will possess a strong understanding of business development and partnership negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key vertical stakeholders across Metaprise partnerships with card brands, financial partners, and other center of influences
• Identify and establish new partnership opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partnerships align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Co-ordinate and compile essential documentation and applications, such as manuals, business plans, forecasts, and contracts, while supporting all local requirements for successful partnership onboarding and product launches.
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritise market expansions, potential product enhancements, and innovative features.
• Present to external audiences and key decision makers at strategic partnership level.

• Exposure to Payments/FinTech and start-up/scale-up life is a MUST.
• Expertise in FinTech, payments, or regulatory matters
• Effectively collaborating with the risk and compliance teams
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, both written and oral, to internal and external audiences.
• Job duties are highly collaborative in nature and require on-site presence to be performed 5 days a week
