We are a health and wellness company looking for the right person to join our team at Mesa Chiropractic Rehab and Wellness. We will train the right person on all aspects of our business, such as our practice management software, treatment protocols, billing and insurance related tasks, marketing, proficiency in the therapies we provide, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet patients when the come in the door, making them feel seen and cared for, helping new patients with paperwork, etc

- Answer phones

- Helping patients with scheduling and managing and collecting payments

- Translate between the doctor and Spanish speaking patients

- Work with EHR software

- Balance patient ledgers

- Data Entry

- Insurance verifications, billing, posting and claims management

Qualifications and Skills

- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English and comfortable translating

- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred, but not required)

- Chiropractic Assistant Certification (preferred, but not required)

- 4 Day work week (our normal patient hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm and Thursday 7 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm) - possible weekend opportunities available if candidate desires more hours and income

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
