We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to become a part of our team! We are looking to hire a medical receptionist with excellent organizational and inter-personal skills. Medical receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of e-clinical is a bonus, but not necessary. To ensure success, our medical receptionist should be confident, positive, and most importantly eager to learn. Top candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage logistics and last minute changes. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Taking patient payments, and co-pays
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper verification and authorization.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
