MedPro Disposal is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near Chicago, IL

MedPro Disposal, the largest privately held services and solutions company in a 2 billion-dollar healthcare market segment in Naperville, IL, seeks a driven and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will lead and oversee a team of customer service representatives, and team leads, ensuring we provide exceptional service to our valued healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives and team leads, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer service operations, including call center management, complaint resolution, and account management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries efficiently, and drive service excellence.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities for your team, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
  • Partner with other departments, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in B2B environments or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
