Seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Manager with a proven track record of success to join our top rated dental team in Lower Manhattan. Our office is a modern, state-of-the-art office located in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District. We are only looking for the best highly qualified candidates that have proven (legitimate) management experience in a PPO based dental office and are extremely reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 5 or more front desk team members
• Administrative duties
• Employee Performance management
• Team training management
• Morning huddle preparation and execution
• Customer service management
• Patient schedule optimization and management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dental front desk manager
• 3 or more years of front desk experience in a private dental practice
• 2 or more years of experience managing a team (minimum of 2 team members directly managing)
• In depth understanding of PPO insurance, including both in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits
• Extremely organized and tech savvy (we are a modern, paperless office)
• Strong leadership and motivation skills (teacher and leader)
• Exceptional customer service skills (must enjoy speaking to and working with others)
• High school or GED level educational requirement (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Rotating Saturdays 9 a.m. to 4p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
