Busy and growing medical practice seeking an experienced front desk reception and check in representative to join our team.
Candidate should possess strong knowledge in the following;
- Checking in patient to appointments using EMR system
- Scheduling and rescheduling patients for Office Visits, Procedures, Ultrasounds
- Positive approach to patient service and problem solving ability
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy work environment
- Flexible to assist in administrative areas - Team Player
- Ability to collect on copays, deductibles, co insurance and balances
- Billing experience is a plus
EMR Knowledge is helpful but not required.
Full benefits offered after 90 day probationary period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
