Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort is Hiring a Front Desk Coordinator Near Las Vegas, NV

We are searching for a polite, outgoing, professional Concierge to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems. The Concierge may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each guest.

A successful Concierge must have an excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers' needs. You should also have excellent listening and problem-solving skills to provide the information or solutions their customers need. You should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact between guests and an organization.
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended.
  • Responsible for providing support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Ability to ask prying questions.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
  • Answer phone an email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc.
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary.
  • Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of previous customer service experience
  • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc
  • Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
  • Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
