Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) hybrid team member to join our team at Las Vegas Concierge Orthopedics! No previous experience needed. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations for the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Once fully trained on front-office duties, we have the ability to train for back-office duties and possible advancement from part time to full time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus, but not required
