It will start as part-time with the potential to move to full time as the volume increases. Overview:
· Answer phone calls to assist clients and vet potential clients to determine if they are a right fit for the firm.
· Protecting Attorneys and staff time, resolve issues so that someone doesn’t have to call them back.
· Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
· Being extremely responsive to emails/texts/phone calls.
· Represent the owner and business with integrity, class and professionalism.
· Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff
· Assisting Attorneys with data input, document creation, scanning and filing.
· Handle all scheduling for attorneys
· Following up with potential leads and returning messages or calling with updates.
· Keep the office running smoothly
· Take initiative to be valuable beyond the assigned tasks, be resourceful.
Hours:
· Monday-Thursday 12-5 and Friday 9-12.
