Client Engagement Specialist

Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland, a premiere provider of aging services, seeks mission driven professionals for our rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities:

The Client engagement specialist will offer a wide range of client-based services by phone, fax, email, or database assignments to include incoming and outgoing calls, data entry, resource sharing, referrals, outreach, and client delivery dashboard monitoring while consistently delivering an elevated level of professional customer service.

As a part of the Client Engagement team, the candidate will also assist clients and their representatives by connecting them to appropriate Meals on Wheels programs and services.

Additional Duties Include:

Collects and records appropriate data and documentation in Meals on Wheels client database.

Addresses meal schedule changes, and missed deliveries, and emergency alerts, advising volunteers on appropriate responses. Monitors meal delivery dashboard and follows up as needed with accurate detailed documentation.

Qualifications:

Two years of college, preferably with a major or concentration in a human services-oriented field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
