Client Onboarding Specialist

About this position

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in initiating and managing the account request process, ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) standards and regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with various internal departments and external clients to gather the necessary documentation and facilitate the onboarding of new legal entities.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate account request process and coordinate with Sales, Credit, Documentation, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), IED/FID Risk, and Operations teams.
• Follow up with clients to collect required documentation for compliance with KYC standards.
• Coordinate with internal groups to ensure all new legal entities meet KYC standards.
• Identify and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and improve the client onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with senior members of the business and across departments to build relationships and streamline processes.
• Offer strategic solutions to business and operational problems, with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Work on projects to enhance knowledge and streamline processes within the client onboarding function.
• Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Sound technical knowledge relevant to client onboarding processes and systems.

Additional Information:

• 12-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay/Salary Range:

• Pay Range: $19.96/hour
