Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Skills:
