We are Hiring!
Title: SAP Functional Consultant
Location: SFO, Bay area but open to other locations as well - Hybrid 3 dayz onsite in a week.
Duration: 24 months
Pay Range: 85-90/hr
DayToDay Responsbilities:
- Provide first-line support to users for day-to-day operational tasks in SAP SRM, including Contracts, Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Service Entry Sheets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, issues, and bugs in SAP SRM, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Analyze system logs and identify root causes of problems.
- Implement SAP OSS notes and workarounds to address system issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of SAP SRM Org Structure, Process Control and Application Control Workflows, BADI/BAPI functional modules, and batch jobs.
- Configure and manage External Catalogs and approval workflows within SAP SRM.
- Possess a deep understanding of Self-service Procurement, Indirect Procurement, and Service Procurement processes in SAP SRM.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all SAP SRM technical and business scenarios.
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot integration issues between SAP SRM and other modules (AP, GL, PS, PPM, CO, and Assets).
- Utilize ticketing tools to efficiently manage and track support requests.
Must Have:
- 5-6 years of experience working in SAP SRM with a focus on production support.
- Strong understanding of SAP SRM core functionalities, including Contracts, Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Service Entry Sheets.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SRM Org Structure, Process Control and Application Control Workflows, BADI/BAPI functional modules, and batch jobs.
- Experience configuring and managing External Catalogs and approval workflows within SAP SRM.
- Deep understanding of Self-service Procurement, Indirect Procurement, and Service Procurement processes in SAP SRM.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and business-related issues within SAP SRM.
- Experience working in integration areas between SAP SRM and other modules (AP, GL, PS, PPM, CO, and Assets).
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools for managing and tracking support requests.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with users and other team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP SRM as Primary skills and SAP PS/PPM as secondary skill (preferred).
