Current Need

We are seeking a Health System's Field Service Representative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should reside in Jacksonville or Los Colinas area.

Position Description

Responsible for the growth and engagement standards for the Field Service direct reports. Executing corporate & customers initiatives, engagement frequency, contact notes, technology tools, and reporting. In addition to recruiting, training, and implementing programs and technology.

Direct management of 8-12 Field Service Representatives. Field service managers and representatives support Health System customers from multiple McKesson Medical Surgical segments:

The ability to recruit, train, motivate, and holds accountable a high caliber field service team.

Experience with the ability to establish engagement processes, business practices, and field service strategy.

Execute on initiatives, projects, and programs to retain existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Service Calls to Health Systems Group Customer Locations

• Make sure the team is working toward alignment of customers goals
• Establish and achieve Management by Objectives and value-added targets for the team
• Effectively manage team performance and drive growth accountability
• Optimize margin management initiatives, distribute territories, and effectively manage workload
• Accountable for day-to-day operations with scope of responsibility.
• Prepare updates for staff and senior management and measures utilizing Salesforce.com activity and forecast reports

Minimum Requirements

• 6 years of professional experience
• 0-2 years of supervisory experience

Critical Skills

• Experience in establishing a team, coaching, training, and mentoring employees
• Ability to manage and measure by analytics
• Finance/ROI acumen
• Ability to implement and manage complex projects
• Medical and distribution experience
• Experience working with large, complex customers

Additional Skills

• Public speaking/presentation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Education

4 year degree or equivalent experience

Travel

This position requires up to 50% travel
