We have an immediate job opportunity for a Fleet Service Specialist for our Jacksonville Terminal. Our success depends upon the staff we employ. Responsibilities:

• Order, receive, and ensure proper stocking levels for parts, tires, and supplies for assigned shop/terminal.
• Maintain parts room, storage of parts.
• Manage core return program.
• Control warranty part return.
• Stock shelves.
• Assist technicians with parts look up.
• Maintain inventory cycle counts/ annual physical count.
• Code and approve invoices for timely payments.
• Manage outside maintenance vendors/ supplier.
• Schedule rigs in for required service.
• Enter outside vendor repair orders to ensure accurate unit repair history.
• Issue purchase orders on all approved vendor work.
• Code and process vendor invoices for timely payments.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, and Safety.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of prior automotive/ heavy duty parts experience preferred, either from a retail parts outlet or a dealership setting.
• Must be a customer oriented, initiative taking team player.
• Must be computer proficient (Microsoft office, Teams, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be available to work in both an office setting and heavy-Duty Truck shop environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Well organized, punctual, attention to details, responsible.
