Randstad Digital is Hiring a Remote IT Service Desk Specialist
Job Details
Do you want to work in a place that will keep you on the cutting edge of technology? Our client has a 100% remote opening for a highly motivated and well rounded IT Service Desk Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be full of enthuasim and drive. . Can be remote from Jacksonville, but must be local to the area for training! Visa Sponsorship is not available at this time.
location: Jacksonville, Florida
job type: Contract
salary: $18 - 20 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: High School
responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, instant messaging and ticket support
- Under supervision, respond and diagnose basic issues and requests for desktop, server, mainframe, remote connectivity, and telephony applications/hardware
- Analyze, document, and resolve issues and requests
- Refer more complex issues and requests to more senior Technology Specialists
- Document and route level 2 and 3 issues/requests to appropriate teams. Assist level 2 and level 3 teams with identifying issues or implementing fixes to restore service
- Utilizes scripts and available tools when assisting customers
- Provide input to and modifies department documentation
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: High School (required)
