We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional service to our customers.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases - Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally - Process transactions accurately using a cash register - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for processing transactions - Familiarity with electronics or technology sales is a plus - Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries efficiently - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
