Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Weekend Shift department & direct employees as necessary
• Manage Case Pick, Loose Pick, Replenishment, Putaway, and some Receiving functions
• Maintain and grow a strong culture of teamwork and accountability that aligns with our ICARE & ILEAD principles
• Identify cross training opportunities & execute plan
• Helps maintain a safe and clean environment
• Direct the workforce as necessary, throughout the business
• Process improvements-Innovation

Schedule: Saturday -Tuesday 7:00AM - 5:30 PM. Four Ten Hour Shifts (Overtime as needed)

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of related experience

Critical Skills:

• Dependable & willing to adjust schedule when necessary.
• Ability to lead, train, & develop individuals & a team.
• Capable of working with other departments to achieve goals.
• Power equipment skills
• Excellent time management skills

Preferred Requirements:

• J.D Edwards and Webpage experience preferred
• Outbound and Replenishment error resolution preferred
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and making sound decisions.
• Capable of accurate and detailed work.
• Willing to take responsibility.
• Committed to excellence.
• 1 years of Lead experience preferred.
