Responsibilities
- Oversee processing of all types of invoice requests for payments to vendors, and expense reports for reimbursements to employees through an automated Chrome River application.
- Manage and create service desk tickets to resolve Chrome River application issues.
- Assist with the mapping of GL’s and the creation of routing rules.
- Coordinate and oversee 3E upgrades for AP functions. Implement a schedule for testing of all AP functions, review test scripts, and track defects of unresolved issues.
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure coverage of critical functions at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
- A minimum of three years of related accounts payable or similar experience preferred.
- A minimum of two years supervisory experience required.
- Preferred Chrome River system experience.
- Intermediate to Expert level Excel experience.
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct the work of others.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
