Job Responsibilities:
- Management of all aspects of ongoing commercial construction projects.
- Create estimates/budgets for new projects.
- Communicating with project architects and clients.
- Conducting weekly management meetings regarding up-coming and/or current projects.
- Process invoices and track costs against budgets.
- Create and track change orders, schedules, and submittals.
- Creating and implementing sub-contractor agreements and payment requests.
- Work one on one with site managers to stay on schedule, coordinate equipment and delivery of material.
- Directly communicating job progress with the owner
- Experience with Co-Construct construction management software and AIA documents is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in commercial construction
- 2-5 years of expeirence with interior renovations
- 4 years of Construction Project Management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
