- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to coordinate grant activities and data management.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with knowledge of effective community engagement and outreach.
- Proficient user of personal computer, Microsoft software applications (e.g. Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint, etc.) Google suite required.
- Work across disciplines, managing project needs for research agenda and outcomes,
- Provide program support to faculty research investigators, students, the Project Steering Committee,
- Assist with the development, implementation, and coordination of program-related activities,
- Provide administrative support for all aspects of the grant, including scheduling travel, initiating personnel action forms, and purchasing,
- Monitor program expenditures to ensure compliance with the program budget and timely completion of deliverables, and
- Work closely with investigators to track program progress in order to report to project funders.
