Project Manager
Responsibilities will include:
· Daily over site of field maintenance supervisors and crew
· Review of crew time sheets
· Working with Team to develop schedules and production goals
· Active communication with clients, and co-workers
· Client meetings/customer service calls
· Contract and project Admin.
· Job site inspections
· Manage change order process when necessary
· Working long hours when necessary to complete projects & meet deadlines
· Generating new sales and relationships
· Material sourcing & ordering - Project estimating and sales
· Assist is fleet management record keeping - Work during snow removal events
Required Qualifications:
· Landscape design, installation, and project management experience- minimum 5 years.
· Valid driver’s license and clean record
· CLT/CLP a plus
· Ability to read and understand blueprints
· Self-starter & independent worker mentality
· Excellent time management skills - Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to effectively manage foreman and crews
· Complete detailed bids and take-offs
· Have a solid understanding of Landscape Industry Standards
· Knowledgeable in hardscape practices
· Excellent presentation skills
· Able to meet all physical demands of the position
· Able to pass a background check
· Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Office
· Great organizational skills
· Solve practical problems and unexpected changes
· Ability to work in a faced paced environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
